– Assisted the first GSM network in Romania on debt recovery issues pertaining to overdue client accounts, with over 10,000 client accounts managed each year, for more than 5 years; rendered services included assessing the optimal legal procedures for debt recovery, from notice sending, representation in court files, insolvency procedures and enforcement procedure, while implementing the best legal approach such that to ensure high collection rates

– Assisted an international hotel chain in the insolvency procedure initiated by one of the client’s debtors against the client for an alleged debt, with the firm’s lawyers obtaining the full rejection by the court of justice of the said claim

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company in a series of litigation cases – including commercial, insolvency cases, product liability claims – preparing relevant strategy, assisted in negotiations and in front of the courts, designing settlement structures

– Assisted a Romanian leasing company on a broad spectrum of legal issues from day-to-day corporate activity to a mix of disputes involving debt recovery (including 19 bankruptcy files), insurance claims, buy-back and indemnification claims

– Representation a major developer and manufacturer of metal products of a metal products manufacturer and developer active on the Romanian market in a litigation case regarding the insolvency procedure initiated against a debtor company, pertaining to the recovery of a debt of approximately EUR 700,000
