– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products, with operations in Europe, Asia and the USA in the entire process of acquisition (due diligence, negotiation of the transaction documents, competition fillings, etc.) of two wood processing factories held by an Italian Group; project value: EUR 200 million (public estimation)
– Assisted part of one of the largest financial groups active in the region on competition matters in connection with the sector inquiry initiated by the Romanian Competition Council on the car insurance market
– Assisted the central institution of an Austrian Banking Group and one of the top-players in Austria and the Central and Eastern Europe in the acquisition of a majority stake in the Romanian state-owned bank, and with respect to a large range of transaction post-completion legal matters, including assisted in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the banking market
– Assisted the Romanian non-alcoholic beverages market leader on the drawing up, negotiating and concluding of the construction agreement for one of the client’s production facilities
– Assisted a Flemish real estate developer on the acquisition of over 19 ha of land pursuant to full real estate due diligence investigation regarding the property located in the developing areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiations with the lenders and constructors and drawing up the related documents concerning the development of the acquired land area
