– Assisted a Romanian company active in cattle farming on a series of legal matters, including advice on corporate issues pertaining to the client’s day-to-day business activity

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the headquarters in Bucharest, with a surface of approx. 1,500 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Advised a service company to the pharmaceutical industry by providing general tax and accounting assistance services in connection with the company’s business activity; the firm’s attorneys have also assisted on general corporate and commercial legal matters and provided a thorough legal assessment in view of the client’s intended business transaction aimed at changing the shareholding structure

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company as lessee in negotiating and reviewing the lease agreement in connection with an office space for the client’s new opening of a working point

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters located in a complex office building located north of Bucharest; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
