– Assisted an international financial institution of Dutch origin as lender in reviewing the corporate and finance documentation of the largest media group on the Romanian market, in connection with the restructuring of a term facility granted by the client. Also assisted on litigation matters, including insolvency procedures

– Assisted a company active in the track construction and civil engineering industry and its local entity on various corporate and commercial matters in connection with their business activity

– Assisted the second-largest European manufacturer active on the heating technology market on a wide variety of legal matters in connection with its day-to-day business activity, including general corporate and commercial, data protection, contracts; product liability relevant experience includes assisted in negotiations in a series of claims filed by end users for manufacturing defects and breach of warranty, all amicably settled with the claimants outside the courts

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on all legal issues pertaining to moving the company’s premises to a new office building located in the West of Bucharest by letting in excess of 2,000 sqm office; service rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted an insurance group with global operations in their due-diligence investigation towards an insurance company and in the formulation of a binding offer for acquisition
