– Assisted a casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe supplier to the oil & gas industry in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the pipes manufacturing market, pursuant to opening the investigation against a company which intended to acquire three Romanian pipe manufacturing companies, including legal support during the investigation proceedings, public hearings and court representation

– Assisted a pawn shop network in an employment litigation case against one of the client’s former employees

– Assisted a Romanian state-owned operator in front of the Bucharest County Court and the Court of Appeals in a claim against the Ministry of Public Finance for the restitution of a building with a value exceeding EUR 5 million

– Assisted an UK-based insurance and reinsurance company in connection with damages suffered by a major bank operating on the Romanian market due to a bank fraud committed by one of the insured’s employees, including policy coverage assessment and assisted in criminal court proceedings; assisted on claims handling, monitoring and coordination, as well as assisted in insurance-related disputes on insurance coverage (body injury, moral and material damages)

– Assisted the leader on the Romanian market of pharmaceuticals distributors in a considerable number of notable employment litigation cases filed by former employees
