– Assisted a member company of a Spanish-based group acting as bidder in a series of public procurement procedures organized by Romanian contracting bodies; rendered services have covered advice on various public procurement aspects, as well as assisted in court in litigation cases arising in connection with such procedures and contracts; project value: EUR 155 million for the motorway project and EUR 978 million for the railway project

– Representing a major healthcare equipment manufacturer with respect to issues of unfair competition and solicitation of employees coming from a competing company in Romania; services included assisted in building a strong case and preparing the documentation for the amicable settlement of the case, as well as representation in the negotiations with the competito

– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries in connection to successfully completed litigations regarding annulment of employee dismissal decisions, bonuses, moral and material damages claims etc

– Assisted and represented an important City Hall in Romania in a series of litigation cases, including complaints against decisions of Curtea de Conturi (Court of Accounts – state authority with attributions of control for use of public funds), problematic insolvency cases having the City Hall as a majority creditor (over 150 files) and also legal claims against individuals who failed to pay their taxes to the local budget

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a medical equipment company for the purpose of identifying the best bidding solutions in relation to various public procurement procedures, as well as in the response to clarifications, obtaining necessary documentation to be submitted, assisted in complaints in front of CNSC and litigation files in front of the Romanian courts related to a series of such procedures with the object of purchase of medical equipment (RMN, computer tomography), especially organized by Romanian public hospitals;
