– Assisted a leading global maritime services company for preparing complaints in front of NCSC and representation in front of the competent courts of law in relation with all litigation files in the public tender organized for the award of the works contract for protection and rehabilitation of the Romanian sea coast; project value: approximately EUR 100 million

– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products in front of the Bucharest Court of Appeals in a litigation case; the court case involving the two largest players on the wood processing market was settled in favor of the client, as the firm’s litigators were successful in obtaining the full rejection of the EUR 2.5 million claims arising from the seller’s warranty for hidden flaws of the sold product

– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products in a competition related litigation for the annulment of the fine imposed by the Competition Council to the client for alleged abuse of a dominant position; at the moment of its being imposed this sanction was publicly estimated as the largest fine ever applied by the competition regulator to a single business entity; project value: approximately EUR 1 million

– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider in a major court case related to the interconnection tariffs regulated by the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology

– Assisted a casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe supplier to the oil & gas industry in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the pipes manufacturing market, pursuant to opening the investigation against a company which intended to acquire three Romanian pipe manufacturing companies, including legal support during the investigation proceedings, public hearings and court representation
