– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a large Japanese automotive company with compliance assessments regarding the use of employees’ private data, up to complex issues regarding the monitoring of their work activity, including update of the notification to the Romanian Data Protection Authority in regard to the processing of personal data by automotive dealers.
– Assisted an international association representing, leading and serving the airline industry on all aspects of data protection law and practice, including obtaining and updating the registration as data controller; preparing memoranda in connection with various data protection issues.
– Assisted the world leader in information management services on all aspects of data protection law and practice, including obtaining and updating the registration as data controller.
– Assisted the world leader in information management services with the notification to the Romanian Data Protection Authority of the international transfer of personal data to countries outside EU (drafting documents, filing notification, supervising the procedure).
– Assisted a Romanian investment firm, subsidiary of a Greek Group on all aspects of data protection law and practice, including obtaining and updating the registration as data controller; preparing memoranda in connection with various data protection issues.
