– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company on various corporate and commercial matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity.
– Assisted in sector inquiry initiated by the Romanian Competition Council on car insurance, repair and motor vehicle market.
– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive company during the entire process of acquisition of several plots of land located in the North of Bucharest, designed for the construction of a show-room; project value: EUR 4.5 million.
– Provided a multi brand car dealer and auto service (Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Range Rover, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hyundai) with an extensive competition assessment in connection with the Ford dealer agreements termination process.
– Acted as Romanian legal counsel of the borrower, a company managing all the tire businesses of several major brands, in the renegotiation and drafting the security package documentation for a term loan and revolving credit agreement; project value: EUR 505 million.
