– Assisted a hotel chain operator during conciliation procedures with another hotel chain for settlement of fees related to management and operation of several hotels, a case settled in front of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.

– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries on international arbitration cases, including several FIDIC based constructions related projects, with rendered services ranging from extensive assessment of potential disputes to be settled by means of arbitration, to representation in all phases of the arbitral proceedings settled under various international arbitration rules.

– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider, part of the international leading communications group Liberty Media Inc., in an international arbitration procedure conducted at the London Court of Arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Paris ICC for the release of a Holdback Amount in a dispute related to the agreement for the sale and purchase of shares.

– Assisted the world’s largest tire and rubber company in a series of litigation cases – including commercial, insolvency cases, product liability claims – preparing relevant strategy, assisted in negotiations and in front of the courts, designing settlement structures.

– Assisted one of the largest Japanese manufacturers of wire harnesses and other automotive components in the acquisition process of a Spanish specialized corporation with production units in Spain, Mexico and Romania.
