Assisted a company active in technologies in the area of water conservation, environment, transport, energy, construction and consulting services for social and economic development as buyer with diligence investigations on three local entities held by the seller in Romania, in view of the cross-border transaction by which our client ultimately reached an agreement to purchase 90% of the shareholding in an engineering company; in this project, our firm was subcontracted by the Shanghai office of our international partner
