Mariana Popa, Managing Partner at VF Insolvență, elected President of the Superior Disciplinary Court of UNPIR
▶️ We are pleased to announce that Mariana Popa has been elected President of the Superior Disciplinary Court, a national jurisdiction body within the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners from Romania (UNPIR).
▶️ The election took place last Friday, October 10, 2025, in Timișoara, during the Regional Insolvency Conference organized by UNPIR – Timiș Branch and INPPI. The event brought together leading professionals in the fields of insolvency, commercial law, and taxation, providing a platform for exchanging ideas, analysing recent trends, and debating current challenges in practice.
