Ordonanța de urgență nr. 132/2020 (”OUG nr. 132/2020”) reglementează pentru prima dată în legislația națională regimul de muncă Kurzarbeit („short-time work”), model folosit în Germania în contextul pandemiei de COVID-19, constând în reducerea timpului de lucru pentru a evita necesitatea concedierii salariaților afectați. OUG 132/2020 mai include măsuri pentru ucenici, muncitori sezonieri și sprijin financiar pentru angajatorii ai căror angajați lucrează în regim de telemuncă.
