Miruna Nitu (Coman) specializes in representing clients before the courts of law and public authorities including preliminary advice on the merits and procedure, the preparation of related documentation and setting of the case strategy.
She is also part of the multidisciplinary teams of lawyers who provide pre-litigation advice on clients’ corporate and commercial projects (representing clients in mediation, drafting primary documentation, settlements among others).
