Delia Nagy advises international and Romanian clients as part of legal teams addressing corporate and commercial matters (activities concerning the life-cycle of companies ranging from setting-up new businesses in Romania to insolvency and strategies for avoiding bankruptcies). On employment field, she provides assistance to clients on a wide range of labor law matters including drafting Internal Regulation Polices, individual labor contracts and job descriptions, preparation of documents that stand at the basis for dismissal an employee for disciplinary reasons, assisting and representing clients in disputes having as object the annulment of dismissal decisions on grounds of illegality, engaging the patrimonial liability of employees.
She also has expertise in the field of public procurement concerning tender documentation analysis and preparing risk matrix for the client assisted in preparing the offer, negotiations with sub-contractors and filing complaints regarding the award of public procurement contracts.
