Assisted a private pensions administrator in relation with the management transfer of a pillar III private pensions fund to a company member of the largest financial group active on the Romanian market.
Advised one of the most active developers of retail parks on the Romanian market in the sale of one of the real estate projects developed by the client, by a EUR 63 million transaction, publicly recognized as the real estate transaction of the year 2009 in Romania.
Assisted an important animal slaughtering and processing company in relation to integrating its meat processing business with another major market player, by a joint venture creating the largest meat processing player on the Romanian market.
Advised the majority shareholder of a major natural gas supplier and distributor in the sale of the said company, including data room organization and involvement in the preparing of additional information as requested by the Competition Council.
